The Crossings
Enjoy a day of shopping at the Crossings
Outlet www.thecrossings.com (570-629-4650). After shopping
relax at the movie theatre in the recently renovated
Stroud Mall. Enjoy country dining at Robert Christians
(570-646-0433) an excellent restaurant for steaks, seafood
or whatever you desire.

Skirmish
Enjoy a day of either white water rafting
or paintball at Skirmish (1-800- SKIRMISH, www.skirmish.com).
After enjoying a day full of either rafting or shooting
paintball at your "enemy", dine or catch a
concert at Penn's Peak www.pennspeak.com (866-605-7325)
with their specialty seafood and steak dishes and delicious
deserts!!

Cherry Valley Vineyards
Winners of multiple medals as awarded
by the PA Wine Association. Buy a bottle of wine and
savor a piece of PA!!

Hiking
Enjoy a vigorous day of hiking, bonding
with nature and walking off your breakfast. Treasure
a long conversation with your special someone as you
meander through pristine trails and breathing in the

Horse Back Riding
Carson's Riding Stables at 570-839-9841
has been opened over 40 years and has over 60 beautiful
acres for people of all ages to enjoy. Reservations
are appreciated.

Antiquing
There are antique shops "a plenty"
and we can recommend a route that will be scenic, but
will also pacify your taste buds, when you pass Callie's
Country Kitchen with sinfully delicious home made chocolates
and Callie's Country Pretzels.

Winter Activities:
Skiing, Snow Tubing, Snowmobiling
We are only 15 minutes to Camelback and
within 30 minutes of these ski areas - Alpine Mountain,
Big Boulder/Jack Frost, Blue Mountain, and Shawnee.
Numerous tasty restaurants are along the way. After
a terrific day of skiing, allow us to recommend one
of these fine restaurants and call for a reservation
for you. Leave the planning to us!!

Spring and Summer Activities:
Camelbeach
Visit Camelbeach during the day (570-629-1661).
Zoom down the water slides, race your friends, drive
the bumper boats, go wild and then enjoy dinner at Pocono
Brewing Company (570-839-3230). They offer a full bar
with over 100 beers, in addition to steaks, seafood
and sandwiches.

Golfing
There are over a dozen golf courses located
within a 30 minute ride.

Dorney Park
Visit Dorney Park during the day (610-395-3724).
Enjoy the rides, the water park and the games and in
the evening dine at Carraba's Grill, an excellent Italian
restaurant with a casual dining atmosphere (610-439-6100).

Bushkill Falls
Hike the trails at Pocono's 100-year-old
Bushkill Falls (570-588-6682, www.visitbushkillfalls.com),
breathe in the fresh air and work off those morning
breakfast calories!! Or you can hike part of the Appalachian
Trail at the Delaware Water Gap National Park. Either
way, you can end your day dining at a fabulous Italian
restaurant, Il Camino's (570- 992-9446). We have sent
numerous guests there and they all rave about the food!!
