Although our Inn is very relaxed....There are a few rules to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Please contact us for any questions.

• Deposit of one night stay required.
  
• A two night minimum required for holidays and special events.
  
• Two weeks needed for cancelation & full refund of deposit. Otherwise, 1/2 the room rate will be charged unless the room is re-rented.
  
• All rates are for double occupancy & include a full breakfast on weekends, and also on weekdays.
• There is a 20% discount on weekdays.
  
• Check in time is 4:00pm to 7:00pm Arrangements can be made for late arrival.
  
• Check out time is 11:00am.
  
• Smoking permitted on the deck only.
  
• The Inn is not appropriate for children under twelve years of age.
  
• Sorry, No Pets.
  
• Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
